Requirements

  • good knowledge with social media platforms
  • Good Communicator, must be polite and personable over the phone.
  • 1+ years of progressive experience in travel industry revenue management, travel industry distribution/channel management, and/or hospitality operations.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Malayalam.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Reservations software and/or CRM software a plus.
  • Prior experience in Hotel Front Office, customer service/support roles.
