Responsibility

-Respond to all client requests in a timely manner (flighting, revisions, allocations, added value)

-Deal with clients in a professional manner and handle problems

-Heavy Phone Contact servicing Agency/Accounts for Sales Executives

-Input orders & revisions, contract verifications, general correspondence and all office procedures

-Assist the sales team in all aspects of the order process

-Identification and resolution of invoice discrepancies and revenue reporting

-Responsible in building the Data Base for the department

-General administrative duties and functions including but not limited to answering phones, sending out sales materials on a regular basis and the compilation and dissemination of various reports to appropriate parties

-Monitor preempts

-Input convenio lines into Aleph

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
