Job Responsibilities

Required experience of 1 year in US Accounting.
Experience or knowledge of ADP.
Experience of Bill.com.
Experience in Logistics Accounting.
Accurate and Errorless Accounting.
Auditing, Book Keeping, and Reconciliation with Bank Statements, Credit cards.
Ensuring Proper Cash Flow. Dealing with the vendors & Customers.
Timely filing of forms W 9.
Payroll Planning.
Updating documentation related to Accounting.
Recovery in Accounting Making accurate entries in QuickBooks.
Availability and Disbursement of funds.
Raising Invoices in QuickBooks.
Accounting Receivable, Journal Entry, Categorization, etc.
Use of Pay cycle, tax payment.
Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews.
Excellent communication skills.
