Job Overview:
Success Coach is responsible for ensuring on the job training and development of new DO/DRMs and drive the expected productivity. Also responsible for ensuring new DO/DRMs are above the benchmark on key competencies identified as per the competency scorecard. Success coach is responsible for delivering the above on a continuous basis with new sets of DO/DRMs month ion month in batches of 15.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for coaching and developing new DO/DRMs during 0-45 days
Follow daily , weekly rhythm as defined along with new DO/DRMs
Responsible ensuring success of new DO/DRMs in terms of their targets
Update competency score card of DO/DRMs and ensure they are above the benchmark competency scores
Demonstrate digital sales and customer handling to new DO/DRMs
Conduct Individual and Group Coaching sessions on daily and weekly basis
Ensure new DO/DRMs are positively engaged and motivated to deliver expected results
Ensure quality parameters are adhered
Education:

Min Graduate, PG preferred
Experience:

Min 4-5 years of sales and Training experience with min 2 years in training
From BFSI industry, Mostly Banking and insurance
Total experience of 4-5 years.
Sales/customer handling experience min 2 years
Experience of managing team, Training role min 2 years
