Role Description

· Good knowledge required in Industrial safety, must know the safety protocol like LOTO, Safe work permit system & its type.

· Handling assigned work orders and CLIT / PMs (Inspections, oil changes, meter readings, etc.)

· Performing a variety of routine maintenance check sheet.

· Dealing with incoming work requests urgent break downs

· Communicating existing and potential issues with supervisors;

· To maintain different paper records to log maintenance work

· Hand on repairing experience in below mentioned industrial system:

1. Utility system repairing like : Different types of pumps, centrifugal pumps , Piston pumps, gear pumps etc

2. Cooling tower, RO plant, N2 generation system, Dust collection and Handling system

3. Compressed air system including air compressor (Screw & piston type) , Air dryers , compressed air piping and installation

4. Repair and maintenance of different types of gear box, Conveyor systems

5. Basic knowledge of hydraulic system and working

6. Good repairing knowledge of MHE’s e.g. Forklift, HPT’s , Cranes

7. Adequate idea and knowledge regarding vibration & balancing work

8. At least basic knowledge required in Gas based heating application, Gas burner repairing, Gas piping protocols and its inspection testing requirements

Qualifications

  • ITI Fitter with 5 to 6 years of experience.
