Position: Manager/ Executive (Remote Sales Closer)

Mode of work: Work from Home

Market: Saudi Arabia & GCC Countries, India

Back office: Payyanur, Kannur, Kerala

Products/Services: Digital Marketing (Advanced SEO, SMM, PPC etc.), Corporate Website Design, Digital Branding and more.

Role Description

This is a remote role for a Sales Closer. As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for negotiating and closing deals with clients who have expressed interest in our digital marketing services. Your job will involve following up with potential clients, identifying their specific needs, giving pitches, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales representative or in a relevant role (Minimum 2 years in sales for Executive, 5 years for Manager.)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to sell ideas and persuade clients effectively both verbally and in writing (Language proficiency Essential: English, Desirable: Arabic)

• Ability to identify and meet clients’ needs through consultative sales

• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment

• Experience with CRM software and sales databases

• Ability to negotiate and handle customer objections effectively

• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and pitches

• Customer-focused approach and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment

Exposure to the GCC or other global markets

  • Experience in sales of services in various types of Digital marketing, web designing etc..

Target Audience: B2B - Corporate Companies, SMEs, and Business Firms in Saudi Arabia & GCC markets. Proficiency in Malayalam is required.

  • Lead Nurturing: Continuously follow up with leads to build relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report key performance metrics.
