Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Lab Technician to join our team at DCS Group. As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for conducting materials testing and quality tests, performing laboratory analysis, and assisting in materials experiments. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience and knowledge in materials testing and quality control
  • Experience in conducting laboratory analysis and interpreting test results
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting information
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient laboratory
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in a laboratory setting
  • Effective communication skills to share findings and collaborate with team members
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Materials Science) is preferred

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Conduct materials testing and quality tests according to established procedures
  • Perform laboratory analysis of samples and accurately record observations and results
  • Assist in materials experiments and gather data needed for experiments
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all tests performed
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and new testing methodologies
