Job Summary

The Lead- Cost Management (Quantity Surveyor) is charged with the responsibility of correlating information relating to all financial aspects of an assigned project. He / she should be aware of all financial matters and maintaining of quantity books and shall assist the Programme Procurement & Contract Manager regarding all financial matters.

He / she will have a thorough knowledge of the procedures and instructions and efficiently keep current all project records related to quantity surveying. The Lead – Cost Management (Quantity Survey) shall be able, manage these records, guide the Quantity surveyors to impart any available information in preparation of submissions / reports to the Programme Procurement & Contract Manager for proper administration of the project..

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 10 plus years of relevant work experience in Infrastructure projects

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to effectively manage the project
  • Proven team player skills with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationship.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
