Your Tasks:
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale, and increase productivity and retention strategy. Good understanding on Performance management and Organization development. Analysing trends and metrics in HR function & deploy effective communication strategies and success metric. Strong with number and has good understanding on compensation philosophy & execution.
- Use various method of technique & method to make data-based decision on direct and indirect financial & Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
- Working closely with respective BU managers and worked with them as real business partners to define the strategy, planning and execution in various gamut of HR dimensions.
- Solid experience and result oriented approach & demonstration on employee engagement,
competency development, succession planning - Defining retention strategy and ensuring the exit process and management run smoothly & Provide HR policy guidance and framework. Suggest new HR strategy, process and taking new initiatives & best practices
Your Profile:
- MBA HR with 5 to 8 Years of experience
- Candidate should have solid experience in HR Practices and Employee engagement and
management - Should have managed a span of min. 250-300 FTE
- Strong analytic and presentation and communication skill & Providing strategic and day-to-day operational task to drive the delivery of the business’ HR plans
