Lead Recruiter - Non IT

Your Tasks:


  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers of business managed by this role to assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Develop recruitment strategy with collaboration with other leads / peers. This may include job posting optimization, on job boards or social media, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, Optimizing talent pool, etc.
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements. Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for key open positions.
  • Manage the recruitment process cycle time, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regard to talent pool.
  • Offer Negotiations and Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.

Your Profile:


  • 7 to 12 years of experience in attracting and selecting talent in Non-IT, Engineering, Manufacturing companies.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting business and dynamics, incl. requirements management, sourcing strategy and onboarding.
  • Experience in measuring and managing hiring effectiveness with respect to quality, hiring cycle time and cost.
  • Efficiency in managing hiring managers expectations and advising on talent pool availability.
  • Excellent know-how in active sourcing and innovative ways of recruiting.
