Scope:
Core responsibilities include end to end Learning and Development operations (Training need analysis, Requirement gathering, publishing training calendar, Co-ordination, Attendance and LMS management, Reporting and stakeholder Management)
What you’ll do:
  • Manage the training calendar, coordinating and scheduling program activities
  • Manage end-to-end program activities, including sending invites, creating mailers, sending reminders, tracking progress, and generating reports in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Maintain and manage the content library, ensuring easy accessibility for learners
  • Act as the producer during training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and addressing any technical issues
  • Create and support learning libraries based on LinkedIn learning courses
What we are looking for:
  • Should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Learning space.
  • Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office applications
  • Prior experience working as a training coordinator
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end program activities
  • Exposure to reporting processes
  • Familiarity with Learning Intervention Activities
  • Fast learner with the ability to grasp new tools/concepts quickly
  • Collaborative approach to work, promoting teamwork and effective communication
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability towards tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Exceptional written communication skills
