Position Title: Logistics Assistant

Job Description Summary

Energy Alloys Global Solutions, the only 100% oil and gas supplier of special alloys and services, is currently seeking for a Logistics Assistant who will support our Order Processing Team in the import export processes and planning activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

Review and support to maintain the Import/export records.

Follow up on reconciliations records of bill of ladings.

Identify gaps and opportunity areas on import/export processes.

Keep track and register transactions on shipments and incoming materials.

Update and implement progress metrics periodically Support the planning process.

Deal with BIS and advance license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Steel manufacturing industry.

• Bachelor’s in engineering or business management

• Dominate MS XLS

• Proficiency in English

• Preferable experience in Import/Export, Planning, Scheduling

• Knowledge of international market

Required Skills

• Good communications skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong MS office skills.

• A meticulous approach to work.

• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems.
