Job Description : -

 Achieve defined weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets

 Develop and execute a sales prospecting plan to target and develop key accounts in the given sector

 Own and maintain business with existing customers

 Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising activities and client requirements

 Developing and initiating marketing strategies

 Managing campaign budgets to ensure projects stay within outlined parameters

 Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights

 Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

 Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

 Devise innovative growth strategies

 Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics

 Setting marketing objectives to ensure the profitability of a business & products or

services that align with company goals

Desired Candidate Profile : -

 MBA/BBA -Marketing

 Residing in and around Bangalore region

 Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate

recommendations to executives

 Outstanding communication skills

 Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
