Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Management Intern with Alexus Capital Management in Rajkot. As a Management Intern, the candidate will work with various teams to gain experience in various aspects of corporate sales, customer service, and team management. They will perform administrative duties, assist with project management, and analyze data to help identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, finance, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field is preferred
