Summary of Position:


The role is expected to perform duties dealing with all aspects ofenrollment and admission of students to the GLA University, in accordance with the University’s Departmental Policies.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop innovative communication strategies, admission strategies, and enrollment plans to attract and enroll more students from a variety of venues such as (Coaching centers, Schools, and other such stakeholders of education).
  • Organize and conduct Seminars, Career Counseling sessions, and Teachers’ Development Programs within the school at assigned territories. Arrange orientation programs, educational workshops for prospective school and their students.
  • Inform and advise students about the courses and programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.
  • Participate in all admission events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits, and off-campus events.
  • Extended travelmight be required to meet with students and stakeholders.

Desired work experience:


Minimum 3 years of experience in School relationships or Admissions, preferably in a reputed Institute/ College/ University or Edutech companies.


Desired Qualities:


  • Strong relationship-building skills, drive for Quality Assurance.
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent Presentations and Communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the territory is a must.
