Job content
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables- Monitor Field failures related to aggregates.
- Responsible for field data analysis, inferring actionable points & reducing warranty failures.
- Analysis of field complaints & providing solutions
- Coordinating with Customer Care team for effective and immediate customer Complaint resolution.
- Field visits for onsite analysis & understanding applications / Usage
- Deployment of current learnings on new product to ensure first time right new product
- Systematic approach to problem solving using some of the advanced problem solving tools
- Co-ordination with other functions such as Customer care, Engineering, Development, Manufacturing plant, SQI & account teams
- Co-ordinate with all manufacturing plants for the early hours issue as well as warranty project execution
- Participate in DFMEA, PFMEA
- Warranty parts scrutiny, Engine tear down analysis
- Plant process audit at regular interval, Ensure Sustenance of actions by auditing, monitoring, Improving the compliance
