Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Monitor Field failures related to aggregates.
• Responsible for field data analysis, inferring actionable points & reducing warranty failures.
• Analysis of field complaints & providing solutions
• Coordinating with Customer Care team for effective and immediate customer Complaint resolution.
• Field visits for onsite analysis & understanding applications / Usage
• Deployment of current learnings on new product to ensure first time right new product
• Systematic approach to problem solving using some of the advanced problem solving tools
• Co-ordination with other functions such as Customer care, Engineering, Development, Manufacturing plant, SQI & account teams
• Co-ordinate with all manufacturing plants for the early hours issue as well as warranty project execution
• Participate in DFMEA, PFMEA
• Warranty parts scrutiny, Engine tear down analysis
• Plant process audit at regular interval, Ensure Sustenance of actions by auditing, monitoring, Improving the compliance
