We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Product Manager - Telco Cloud and Enterprise (BFSI) having Hands On experience on VMware,Redhat, OpenStack/OpenShift, Cisco, Cannonical & DevOps Telco Cloud Expert to join our Operations team. As a first-line technical assistance of our Telco and Enterprise Cloud Product team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our Telco Cloud & Enterprise infrastructure, Application specifically focusing on Redhat OpenStack, Redhat OpenShift, DevOps, NFV, technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Telco & Enterprise Cloud services. This is a highly visible, high-impact position, key in maintaining highest levels of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and overseeing the cloud systems, including servers, storage, and network infrastructure.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our online capabilities align with the specific requirements of our organization.

You will collaborate closely with diverse Product teams to enhance our cloud infrastructure and optimize its performance.

Broad outline of the Role

8-10 years of relevant experience in Telco & Enterprise Cloud ( Private, Public, Multi-Cloud, Hybrid ), DevOps Hands On, Cloud Tools and Automation . Market Analysis, GTM Strategy, Identification of Right Partner . Close Co-ordination with Sales, Solution, Delivery and Automation Team .

Purpose - Broad objective of the role
  • Work in tandem with our Product team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company
  • Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
  • Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to developer teams to build their cloud competencies
  • Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards for code quality and thoughtful design
  • Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines

Minimum qualification & experience
  • Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Telco Cloud and BFSI platforms
  • Familiarity with industry-standard monitoring protocols and tools for Telco Cloud & Enterprise Cloud
  • Familiarity with NFV technologies, VNF/CNF onboarding, and NFV orchestration systems
  • Understanding of cloud-native principles and architectures.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Infra, Tools, Automation, MANO and network virtualization concepts.
  • Familiarity with DevOps Tools like CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible or GitLab.
  • Hands On with containers (Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker etc.)


Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, Red Hat Certified Architect) are a plus.

Other knowledge/skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain Telco and Enterprise Cloud infrastructure using VMware,Red Hat OpenStack and OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable and resilient cloud solutions.
  • Support and manage Kubernetes Operators and lifecycle management.
  • Experience in deploying cloud both automatically using Openstack ansible and manual deployment Experience in DevOps process using Jenkin, Ansible for OnDemand Openstack deployment Solid foundation.
  • Support and troubleshooting of OpenShift SDN/CNI network plugins, multi-homed hosts, and Kubernetes networking.
  • Good hands-on experience in deploying and managing Redhat Openstack, automation and orchestration technologies.
  • Complete analysis of business requirements, as it relates to technical design, and ensure traceability of the design to the business requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing to enhance the skills of team members.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions.
