# Design, develop and produce packaging for various types of export products.# Concept design and finaliztion for implement loading by enursing best loadability and container utilization.# Finalization of loading/unloading SOPs# Racks/ stand / pallet designing and stuffing# Packaging cost analysis and often negotiate with export implement vendors, packaging and logistic vendors.# Preparation of RFQ as per requirement for Equipment, Stands. Racks etc.# Technical discussions/Scope finalization with equipment suppliers# Thorough knowledge of contenerization and export packaging# An understanding of the rules that govern the products in their industry. For example, which packaging material is not permitted in any country specific.# Working closely with cross-functional teams and Suppliers to brainstorm and create packaging prototypes and Mix Lodability# Organized and able to work under deadline pressure# Management of container stuffing at a remote warehouse and enusing load-ing as per SOPs
