Tech in Electronics/ ElectricalEXPERIENCE : 5 years or above experience in Battery Technology, in which at least 4 years experience in RDBUSINESS : Battery/Energy Storage Business/EV (Electrical Vehicle)BASE LOCATION : Yamuna Nagar - HaryanaJob Description
  • Establish appropriate laboratory protocols policies for the safe, efficient effective use of laboratory related research resources equipments.
  • Work with the technical team on planning communicating the daily, weekly, monthly annual activities
  • Manage the support staff in daily performance support implementation of their development plans
  • Design, Develops improves new or existing products or processes directs the research development programs
  • Work collaboratively with internal external teams to facilitate the scale up the commercialization of new products
  • Develop budgets for research development expenditures, including expenses, capital labor
  • Develops details project plans set deliver critical milestones
  • Works on abstract problems across functional areas of the business
  • Identify analyze competitive complementary technologies build technical options that can be utilized to develop innovative value oriented products to deliver profitable growth
