Position: Manager/ Sr Manger (Lab in charge)Location: Anand, GujaratAbout the Company: A Leading Company into Manufacturing.Qualification: B. Tech / M.Tech in Ceramic Engineering / Materials science / Chemical EngineeringExperience : 10 yrsJob Responsibilities
  • Set-up and upgrade Ceramic processing and QC lab
  • Ensure high quality of measurement and provide testing results
  • Highly collaborative with production, quality team internally and other external stakeholders
  • Ensure lab scale, pilot scale and trials and implementation in production
  • Prepare and upgrade required SOPs.
  • Lab results, on time high quality sample preparation, Implementation of new initiatives in production
  • In depth knowledge of ICP, Wet chemistry, Rheology, Microscopy, Corrosion measurement, Hardness measurement etc.
  • Hands on experience in Ceramic processing, Metal forming and sample preparation
  • Data management, documentation, high level of analytical and presentation skills
  • Knows quality management tools, 5S etc
