Experience: - 12-18 Years

Job Description

  • Hand on experiences on Design Calculation in Vehicle dynamics & suspension integration.
  • Software knowledge experience on Solid work / AutoCAD / ZwCad
  • Design & development of Shock absorbers for Heavy commercial Vehicles (Truck / Tractor/ Trailer)
  • Knowledge of application of Engineering CAD tools / GD&T /SAP/ PLM data management System etc.
  • Knowledge of Preparing DFMEA, PFMEA, Design Review, BOM etc.
  • Knowledge about tooling of parts & assembly stations along with gauge plan
  • Coordination with manufacturing sources and industrial suppliers.
  • Proto samples building during new product development.
  • Knowledge about Product Performance testing, durability test
  • Knowledge about Comfort Tuning on Vehicles.
  • Documentation knowledge of IATF 16949, Quality Management System for R&D.
  • Knowledge about Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Vehicle Simulation Test
