Edu. Qual.: BE Mechanical

No. of years of Relevant Exp. reqd.:

? ENGINEERING DEGREE Mechanical with minimum 8-10 years of experience. At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in leadership role. Must have experience in maintenance and trouble shooting of Hydraulic, Pneumatic cylinders and valves, furnaces, blowers. Preparation of documentation and Presentation skills.

Overall first class in BE

Specialization:
Installation, Engineering & Maintenance specialist in PLCs, HMI & Controller preferably for Oil & Gas Industry.

Experience Requirements:
? Having experience in Aluminium smelter/ casthouse are having advantage.
? Able to read Hydrauliuc circuits
? Hydraulic & Pneumatic cylinders and Valves repair maintenance
? Over head Cranes with 25Ton capacity consists of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
? Compressors, Pumps, cooling towers, Nitrogen plant, Melting furnaces, Billet casting table, billet cutting mc
? Industrial Air conditioning & Air dryer units
? Knowledge in Gear boxes, & bearings
Knowledge in advance/latest tool techniques.
? Planning and development of PM & CBM activities to ensure reliability of equipment. Ex;Gantt Chart Prepare of major PM
? System development e.g.SMPs, checklists etc.
? Asset Optimization system implementation.
? Focus & drive on continuous improvement programmes & special projects.
? Implement IMS, 5S system
? Root Cause Analysis and review of maintenance breakdown of all critical equipment.
? Preparation of FMEA, monitoring MTBF, MTTR of critical equipment and preparing action plan for improvement.
? Implement improvement projects, review projects
? Maintenance cost monitoring
? Indigenization of spares and alternate vendor development. Should have good hands on skill and Development of skill matrix and identification of gaps.
? Plan and impart training as per skill gaps.
? Review safety performance and prepare action plans.
? Compliance of EnMS, QMS, OHSAS, ISO – 14001 requirements. Maintain records as per legal and HSE requirement.

? Should be relevant experience working in casthouse
? Woking like rotating equipment,EOT cranes,Compressor,N2 Plant, Holding furnace, Hydraulic System
? Ingot Casting Machine, Wire rod mil,Billet Casting machine
