Medical engagement associate
You will be responsible for:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls of the patients and resolve their queries from appropriate source of information (client-defined FAQs and responses).
2. Maintain data hygiene and validate it.
3. Report adverse events (AEs)/market complaints as per the standard operating procedure. Capture details related to AEs reported by patient in predefined templates and timelines.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to run the operations seamlessly. Attend review meetings from internal leads at regular intervals.
5. Responsible to strictly adhere to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the business unit or client.
6. Responsible to participate in assigned training programs relevant to the job & complete client-specific training, if applicable.
7. Responsible to build mastery in the assigned therapy area through self-learning and formal trainings.
8. Volunteer in training programs to develop skills in areas relevant to the job in addition to the areas of interest.
9. Participate in and contribute to various continuous improvement initiatives or company-driven initiative.
10. Responsible to strictly adhere to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the business unit or client.
