Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, address challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information, clinical data, and scientific evidence to support product efficacy and safety.
Anticipate customer needs, preferences, and prescribing patterns through active listening, relationship-building, and ongoing dialogue to tailor sales approaches and messages effectively.
