We are looking for a senior engineer with in-depth knowledge of MERN stack to join our CDP (Care Delivery Platform) engineering group. You will be a lead engineer for the core team, who is responsible for design and implementation of care delivery applications and platform services. Reporting to the Head of CDP Engineering, this role will play a pivotal role in the architecture and development of our Longitudinal care delivery system.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-7 years of full stack experience developing cloud-based enterprise applications • Expert knowledge in building user-facing cloud services for security, scalability and reliability • Working knowledge of Redux or other libraries for managing application state • Working knowledge of implementing browser-side storage schemes using IndexedDB • Working knowledge of PWA concepts such as precaching, offline mode and background syncing • Expert level knowledge of various caching schemes, browser limitations and solutions • Expert level knowledge of ES6, React, jQuery, CSS, HTML5 and building responsive frontends • Expert level knowledge of building REST-based API gateways using Node JS and Express • Expert level knowledge of server side and client-side rendering options using React • Well versed in deployment with experience on Babel, Webpack or other bunding framework • Expert knowledge of asynchronous programming and Isomorphic JavaScript • Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus

PREFERRED

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT or related field
  • Working experience with SQL or NoSQL database systems
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and release cycles
  • Knowledge of information security and secure SDLC practices
  • Knowledge of building experimentation systems to perform A/B testing
  • Prior experience working in projects for US healthcare industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, integrate, test and deploy CDP common framework components • Analyze requirements and architect systems that meets functionality and performance goals • Evangelize framework artifacts and drive adoption among other engineering teams • Collaborate within the team and also across other groups, UX, Product and DevOps teams • Research on new technologies, develop and demonstrate rapid prototypes for team review •
