Job content

· Delivery of nature-based and place-based activities and programs, both onsite and offsite, to children and adults as specified.

· Delivery of the nature-based activity as established by the organization – both chargeable and non-chargeable activities.

· Innovative activities to keep children and adults guests engaged during their stay at Barefoot.

· Role of Resident Naturalist involve – being available for the guest activity needs and involves a flexible working hour.

· Responsible for Inventory management – of all the equipment’s, books journals and all other material that are being used towards the guest activities.

· Actively be part and initiate CRS program.

· Prepares monthly revenue and other periodic reports analyzing and summarizing the guest engagements and activities.

· Actively help in training and educating barefoot group employees, motivating, focusing on those delivering or assisting in activities / educational program as needed.

Employees must display high level of patience and best of mannerism while dealing with adults / children ie. Guest of all age group.
