Qualification: Graduate in any discipline preferably B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science /Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent from a reputed institute.

Skill Set: At least 3 years work experience in leading a team of service engineers of a large customer site with sound technical knowledge in the areas of hardware and network management.

He should possess preliminary knowledge and some working experience on Blade, Rack Servers, Routers, UTMs, High end Switches, Network Architecture and Security

He shall be the single point of contact for the Employer and capable of taking responsibility and leading the whole hardware and networking service team. Adequate knowledge on reporting/reporting tool is desirable

KRA: Coordinating with team & ensure timely closure of incidents

Timely reports to customer as well as the management

Ensure timely billing & collecting payment. For that preparing all the relevant documents & reports

Keeping record of incidents, spares & standby utilization

Attending user end calls

Ensuring timely Preventive maintenance is done

Attending time to time review meeting with customer & management and deliver all the deliverables
