Responsibilities

Key Deliverables
  • Conduct Supplier Audit for special processes at suppliers end which includes: System Audit, Process audits and Product Audit
  • Support SQA function for clearance of parts related to special processes
  • Warranty analysis for the parts which pass through special processes
  • Identification of critical process controls implementation at supplier end for newly developed modified parts related special processes
  • Conduct PPAP/ PFMEA/ control plan approval by document verifications, onsite process verification for New and modified components.
  • Reporting of non- conformities to the suppliers on regular basis and follow-up with supplier for corrective preventive actions implementation through document s (CAPA or 8D Report)
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions taken at supplier end by reviewing the results in next lot
  • Implement Improvement projects at Suppliers end, for improving supplier quality
  • Supporting the supplier to resolve the product quality issues related to special processes
  • Quality documentation, reporting achieve as per ISO 9001 standard procedure requirement
Experience

5 to 8 yrs

Industry Preferred

Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler passenger vehicle Manufacturing, Automobile

Qualifications

B.E./B. Tech Chemical/Material Science/Metallurgy
