Qualification: Min. Degree

Experience: 3 to 4 Years in security industry

Field officer needed for our security services . Must be experienced in security field. Coverage will be within Coimbatore,Kangayam,Perudurai. He has to control and monitor security guards, fill the vacancy, capable to arrange security guards for the units. He should visit the units in day time and also in night time.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From INR18,000.00-20,000 per month

Responsibilities and Duties

· Responsible for physical security operations at the site.

· Training of Security Guards and Deployed Manpower.

· Responsible for discipline of security staff deployed on the site.

· Handing the queries and concerns and issues of the guards.

· Handling the disputes and grievances of the guards and clients.

· Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).

· Conduct regular site visits.

· Works effectively with all clients and maintains effective relationships with all clients.

· Review and make recommendations regarding safety/security requirements of the clients.

· Conduct an initial security training needs assessment and regular needs assessments for new and emergent threats.

· Managing manpower requirements
