Providing Customized Travel Packages to the client as per their requirement and under the Budget.

Hotel booking/air ticket booking/cab booking/rail booking.

Handling International Client.

Itinerary Planning & Sight Seen Booking as per the budget.

Can Calculate the cost of Tour package.

Deftly handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations and refunds.

Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.

Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.

Contributes to the company’s efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to negotiate effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Detail oriented and highly organized.

Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Acumen for social media specific to travel industry
