Operation Executive - Restaurant

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the restaurant.

2. Monitor and manage inventory sheets, ensuring optimal stock availability.

3. Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth restaurant operations.

4. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely order delivery.

5. Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

6. Utilize computer skills, especially in Excel and basic software applications.

Requirements:

1. Freshers can also apply.

2. Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

4. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

6. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

8. Candidates residing in Gurugram or nearby areas will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
