1. Carry out RCSA testing for various IT and ISG processes 2. Review and Validation of KRIs updated in system by IT & ISG teams. 3. Review the incidents pertaining to IT or ISG check whether correct RCA and CAPA has been updated in the system

4. Prepare the monthly meeting presentations for IT & ISG

5. Attend the RCB ( Release control Board meetings) to review and highlight risks emannating from IT prodcution changes
