Operations Manager

Job Profile:Operations Manager, Reservations Manager, Operations Executive

As a Senior Operations Manager in the travel industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization’s smooth & efficient functioning of various operational aspects. You will be responsible for managing & optimizing operations to enhance customer satisfaction, and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Establish & maintain relationships monitor performance Resolve any operational issues or disputes with Vendors in a timely manner.
  • Present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of success and recommending strategies for improvement.
  • Excellent leadership skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management within the travel industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving & analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using technology solutions & automation tools to optimize operations

Location: Mumbai, Goa

Salary: Dependent On Experience
