Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely in a highly AGILE environment (wear multiple hats) with a team of software engineers
  • Understand the full feature set/ implementation and architecture of the product
  • Responsible for end-to-end quality of deliverables / features , hosted on AWS using serverless architecture and other cloud deployment models.
  • Create / Review design and functional details for features, test cases and workflows
  • Deliver product / features that are highly scalable, secure, high-available, high performing and cost-effective.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to build a highly matured CI/CD and Deployment pipeline complying to unit tests, integration tests, security and performance tests.
  • Focus on Customer centric solutions, implement and deliver in short intervals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across GEOs.
  • Work independently and effectively within and across teams.
  • Essential Requirements:
    • 6 - 10 years of experience focused on quality and Test Life cycle for web applications deployed in on-premise or cloud environments.
    • Expert in planning and coverage of product test suite spanning functional, regression, integration, P&S, upgrade and Security workflows
    • Ability to interface with customer and handle field issues reproduction and patch releases.
    • Comfortable working with multiple releases in parallel and aggressive goals of quality and TTR meeting P&S benchmarks
    • Experience in UI automation and qualification process for report based Rich Internet Applications using tools like Selenium, SilkTest, QTP etc.
    • Ability to own the Quality Owner role, own the Automation and handle end-to-end Test deliverables.
    • Solid experience in application servers with prime focus on Tomcat, Weblogic and Apache web server.
    • Must be comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments.
    • Good understanding of business needs and PLC in a fast-paced agile environment.
    • Ability to learn new tools, languages and security domain on-the-job.
    • Working experience in RDBMS databases preferably in-depth knowledge of MS-SQL server covering replication, transactional aspects (good to have).
    • Strong Debugging, problem solving and RCA skills
