Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Anantapur for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to high-level executives and will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing contacts, making travel arrangements, organizing and maintaining files, and preparing documents and presentations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and ability to provide professional phone and email etiquette.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with office equipment and software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
