Come and join us at Vestas!COO APAC > Regional Procurement APAC > Procurement Excellence and Sustainability APACProcess Excellence function is a key function reporting to factory manager, responsible to drive Lean, PEX, Continuous improvement activities by involving all sections of the people. Regularly conducting Kaizen events, developing optimal solutions to meeting demand variance. Develop gross root level Quality circles and Kaizen teams.,Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain process VSM’s
  • Identify and initiate lean improvement projects and initiatives
  • Seek out and implement new ideas, develop and guide Kaizen activities
  • Coordinate and organize internal as well as external resources in LEAN projects
  • Secure continuous improvement and motivation of the Organization in changes
  • Motivate factory lean education, give training to employees on lean and Kaizen
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in engineering or in any of the following disciplines - Polymer / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production / Industrial / Aerodynamics
  • 8-10 years’ experience as overall with around 5 years in establishing Lean Projects
