About the Role: PSShas been mandated to hire a Plant Head HR for a multinational beverage and brewing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the HR function at the Plant.
  • The individual will be responsible for managing the entire gamut of HR/IR/Admin activities at the Plant.
  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Ensure HR legal & statutory compliances by monitoring and implementing applicable Laws, maintaining records; Liaising with various Government and statutory bodies, and understanding local labour issues.
  • To prepare the annual Plant HR Budget in accordance with strategic business objectives of the company / Plant
  • Ensure effective Industrial Relations is in place to avoid any downtime
  • Accountable for administration and facility management
Educational Qualifications And Experience

  • An MBA in HR is preferable.
  • Around 5-8 years experience in a Plant HR role in a Manufacturing setup.
  • The individual must have managed IR in current or past roles and can handle discussions with unions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • The individual must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
