Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operation Manager (Melting Process) to join our team. As the Plant Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our melting process plant. This includes managing the production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and implementing process improvements to optimize plant performance. The ideal candidate will have executive-level experience in plant operations, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in managing melting processes.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the melting process
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Manage and lead a team of plant operators, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Monitor and control production costs to meet budgetary requirements
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in melting processes
  • Prepare reports and present performance metrics to senior management
