What you will do at Vymo

The Presales team at Vymo evangelizes Vymo Platform`s unique value proposition during the Prospects Discovery Process. It orchestrates great solution demonstrations catering to customers’ current pain points and suggests best practices. The team facilitates meaningful conversations inside customer organizations which help prospect up the sales funnel. The team delivers solutions that enable customers to run their business without any friction using the Vymo Platform.

A Day in your Life

  • Own all client-facing technical pre-sales and immediate post-sale deployment activities
  • Educate customers about the industry, technical and product knowledge through presentations
  • Partner with sales account executives in technical account planning and customer visits to drive sales
  • Accelerating Customer Adoption through use of implementation templates, defining & executing a tight delivery process
  • Understand & shape customer requirements that maximize customer value using product configuration on the Vymo Platform.
  • Run effective proof of concepts with customer’s and drive value during the pilot phase.
  • Provide feedback to the product and go to market teams on customer feedback and product roadmap.

What you would have done

  • Have the industry experience of 6-10 Yrs of Pre Sales and Implementation consulting.
  • Should have experience working with BFSI customers.
  • Have an educational background of Engineering.
  • Have fluency in local languages especially English
  • Have internal (Engineering) and external stakeholder management (executive stakeholders )
  • Have Functional product know-how of Enterprise-grade Workflow, CRM and AI systems
  • Have deep expertise and Solution engineering capabilities like delivering great product demonstration, responding to RFI/RFP’s, project scoping & creating SOWs
