Responsibilities

This unique opportunity places you right at the forefront of this emerging global sourcing Indirect Procurement operations.
  • Subject matter expertise in P2P process
  • Ability to work in metric driven organization
  • Ability to work in a global organization
  • Regular tracking and reporting of defined metrics
  • Expertise in PR, PO processes
  • Adherence to global sourcing policies, audit and compliance
  • Participate in regular operation reviews
  • Ability to track, manage and report PR/PO fall-out between different boundary applications
  • Solve complex problems and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage acquisitions related activities from Purchase order management / migration perspective.
  • Monitors processes and effectiveness of business controls and initiate improvement
  • Understand SOX requirements, key controls and ensure processes are compliant
  • Ensure continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that areas of concerns are worked upon for improved service levels
  • Lead process automation initiatives.
  • First level escalation point
  • Interacts with IT, Account Payable and other functions to support business needs.
  • Managing communication with internal / external stakeholders
  • Work as a backup as required
  • Requires Bachelors or Master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • Hands on knowledge of Ariba and SAP
  • Must have hands on experience in Procure to order/pay process
  • Requires a minimum of 4 years’ direct experience, with 5 to 7 years’ overall experience.
  • Must have good communications and customer service skills
