Procurement is used to ensure the buyer receives goods, services, or works at the best possible price when aspects such as quality, quantity, time, and location are compared. You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. The Procurement Support team focuses on analyzing and designing the best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes. The team is responsible for planning the implementation based on a detailed understanding of the technologies involved. The role may require for you to provide ongoing maintenance of suppliers, create catalogue content and maintain user authorization data. The team also utilizes procurement applications to provide efficient and effective transactions and maximize compliance.What are we looking for?
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Graduation any stream
  • Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Supplier Network experience (it is not a must)
  • Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
  • Procurement and analytical background
  • Knowledge of SAP/ S4 Hanna
  • Knowledge About Ariba tool
  • Vendor Master data Management
  • Validation of PR’s
  • Procurement & Supply Chain: PO / WO creation, SAP knowledge
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset
  • Initiative & team person
  • Pre-qualify request by determining quality and completeness of purchase request (PR) based on defined set of rules for complex requests
  • Identify and source potential suppliers based on the requirements provided by Client.
  • Obtain and analyze quote/pricing from preferred or contracted supplier and submit for approval
  • Verify all required information are included in submission of requisition
  • Create Purchase Orders (PO), PO amendments / deletions based on requests
  • Attempt to resolve outstanding receipt-related issues / open order expediting
  • Handling queries regarding Invoice / PO Mismatch
  • Addressing the Helpdesk queries regarding PR to PO / PO amendments in a timely manner

  • To be accountable for maintaining quality and service standards to support the overall Accenture-Client(s) relationship and to deliver continuous improvement
  • Query solving / resolution. Needs to be a Subject matter expert
  • Support in other Accenture Operations areas: Operational Excellence, Maintaining Dashboards, Reporting
  • Maintain Client Data Protection standards
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
