Job Description
  • Competencies and Qualifications:
    • Automotive industry knowledge with exposure to advanced technologies
    • Excellent understanding of cross-industry technology trends
    • Understanding of Connected, Autonomous, Shared Mobility, & Electric Mobility business & technology
    • Exposure to Cloud technologies & Big Data environments
    • 12 years of domain experience as specified above
  • Key Specific Responsibilities:
    • Should own product roadmap with excellent requirement analysis and prioritization skills
    • Willing to take ownership of the product on both strategic and tactical fronts
    • Responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and business requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with software development and global business teams for delivering product goals
    • Responsible for planning and execution of product deliverables throughout the Product Lifecycle
    • Ability to own multiple but related products in parallel
    • Translate business requirements into development user stories for developers to start building the product
Qualitative Experience & Soft Skills:
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Should have excellent communication skills to handle global stakeholders across multiple regions (Japan, North America and Europe)
  • Ability to question the Business, Architecture/ Solution teams in a healthy way to drive product evolution
  • Execute projects in Agile methodology and should be hands-on with scrum development process
  • Ability to mentor fellow Product & Developer teams to innovate, learn and perform by fostering a collaborative work culture
