About the team:

This is a part of our Card Pro Team.

What you will be doing:

  • Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
  • Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
  • Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
  • Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action.
  • Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

What you will bring :

  • Preferably experience with (entry level technical support) 1-2yrs experience
  • Ticket system experience
  • Documenting client info - caller, issue, actions to be taken
  • Troubleshooting experience, basic technical exp
  • Time management skills, ensuring SLA is met, ability to prioritize tasks
  • Self-starter, work independently but also is a team player
  • Good oral/written communication
  • Add on/good to have: Prior finance/bank experience, handling batch processing errors
