The team members of the virtual team are based in Bawal as well as Chennai and Arakkonam, driving Manufacturing processes/governance to support the global FLSmidth business.   • Manpower Allocation and co-ordination of assembly activities as per the defined schedule independently.
  • Production-planning & execution of planned activities viz., assembly, testing and dispatch of the product.
  • Close co-ordination with Project management, Planning and Procurement to expedite items at right time to meet the schedule.
  • Develops/leads initiatives to improve departmental performance as requested/needed through manufacturing excellence (KAIZENs and Best practices).
  • Collects the needed documentation necessary to take over the ownership of the products.
  • Analyze gaps and prepare training needs for the workmen.
  • Train the workmen on 5S within the shop floor.
  • Maintain and adhere to the safety practices within the shop floor.
  • Maintain and record the preventive maintenance / calibration of shop equipment’s.
  • Maintain all the records of manufacturing/assembly, Testing, and dispatch as per the defined procedures in accordance with Quality Management System requirement.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in Mechanical assembly of cement and mining product
  • Relevant experience in the process manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of 3 axis machining
  • Factory acceptance test knowledge on mechanical products.
  • Sound knowledge in production, Machining, Welding & Fabrication Process of heavy Machinery of cement & mining product.
  • Hands on experience & exposure to manufacturing processes of Heavy Machinery product and its assembly & inspection processes.
  • Exposure to reading, understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings.
  • Hands on experience with document control systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, Kaizen, 5S, industrial safety ability to handle and control a team.
  • Should be conversant with MS Office, preferably AutoCAD and working experience with any ERP systems.
  • Conversant with problem solving methodologies like CAPA / WHY WHY analysis.
Education QualificationB.E/ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Production engineering from a reputed University.Experience5 to 10 years’ experience in Manufacturing / Production plants.What We Offer
