In the program manager role, you will liaise with the sub segment heads (Business Heads) - to make decisions for operational activities and help set strategic goals. You will plan and monitor business to achieve operational perfection. You will support and drive sessions with other business heads and managers to derive organization KPA and KPIs. You will be responsible for developing the budgetary plans for the organization. You will Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when vital. You will be responsible to analyze data and derive insights leading to enhanced efficiency and operational excellence. Focus areas include but not limited to innovation management, people development, process management, etc.

  • Liaise with sub segment heads and managers to collaboratively make decisions on operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Plan and supervise the day-to-day running of business operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business processes, innovation management, operational excellence etc., according to organizational objectives and make necessary changes where needed.
  • Manage processes related to support functions such as SCM, procurement, admin, legal etc.,
  • Identify and implement process improvements that improve output and optimize costs.
  • Evaluate overall organization performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to digitalize/automate processes leading to enhanced efficiency and operational excellence
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to optimize cost

What You’ll need: Technology qualification and Soft Skills

  • 10+ years’ experience in managing large business in the role of a program Manager.
  • Self-responsible and structured working method, innovative and entrepreneurial way of thinking.
  • Ability to connect with multi-functional teams to collect requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication
