Job Description
  • To be part of the creative leadership of a design team within the studio, running major client accounts
  • To actively engage in project set-up by identifying project members, defining roles, creating timelines and budgets, creating design briefs etc
  • Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
  • Develop design concepts that meets the business objectives of the organization and that advance company s brand strategy
  • Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
  • Develop new business opportunities, strategies and pitches as a core contributor to the studio s development
  • To enable a creative and challenging studio environment
  • Motivate, inspire and nurture team members personally and professionally

  • B. Arch
  • 10 + Experience is mandatory
