Project Coordinator

• Responsible for coordination of all activities on the assigned project(s) and assist in ensuring successful implementation and completion of the assigned projects.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and project participants in the projects, to resolve all project issues hindering the work progress Assist in all project administration.
• To maintain and manage comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Participate in client meetings and assessments of deliverables to ensure the delivery is as per the technical specification of the project or service.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and coordination of works and ensure proper deliverables and full compliance to the approved standards.
• Coordinate with the offshore team with the development and, delivery of the project(s) or service(s).
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress od each project undertaken.
• Assist in all project management and coordination activities delegated by Project Manager/; including day-to-day interaction with clients, preparation of project documentation and production coordination.
• Report to the Project Manager/ on work progress carried out by each project team.
• Report to the Project Manager/ on any issues in project planning, development, testing and delivery that hindering the work progress.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good planning and project management skills.
• Resilience and ability to work under high pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage difficult situations and client relations effectively.
• Good administrative skill and able to multi-task.
• Meticulous in work and pay attention to detail.
• Experience in software development/ Web Development/ Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
• 1+ year experience in a relevant project management position will have priority.
