Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Incharge - State Andhra Pradesh to join our growing team located in Visakhapatnam. As Project Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of the company’s projects in Andhra Pradesh, monitoring project progress, managing client relations, coordinating project teams, and delivering projects on-time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. You will also report to the management team on a regular basis and ensure that project output is aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the education or social development sector
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Center Identification - Skill Project execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
