Job content

  • Coordinate with Design Team, Site Engg Team for timely release of details / drawings & data sheets.
  • Validation of data sheet provided by Site Engg Team / design team.
  • Coordinate with Procurement team for organizing offers.
  • Coordinate with Vendor for timely submission of offers.
  • Follow-up for the resolving of quarries raised by vendor/Design team for submitting of final offer.
  • Follow- up with Design/Site Engg Team for the submission of Technical evaluation Bid
  • Coordinate with Procurement team for release of Purchase order.
  • Preparation & Updating of Project schedule.
  • Follow- up with vendor for submission of drawings/documents and with design team for timely approval of drawing/documents.
  • Coordinate for quality/Safety check/audits during construction.
  • Responsible for adherence of safety guidelines and implementation of works during construction.
  • Coordination for submission of documentation required for obtaining statutory approvals and ensures compliances.
  • Coordinate for submission of documentation required for obtaining statutory approvals and ensure compliance.
  • Arranging for stage-wise inspection of critical equipment by internal or external agency.
  • Follow-up with Vendor for the submission of QAP/Internal inspection Report.
  • Follow- up with Vendor for the timely delivery of items/equipment.
  • Follow-up with Site execution team for timely installation & commissioning of equipment w.r.t. schedule.
  • Preparation & updating of project file.
  • Development of alternative source of equipments i .e. Autoclave, PRV/PRS, Ball valve/Gate Valve/Globe Valve.
  • Preparation of Monthly Project Report.
  • Introduce new technology to improve the productivity.


Desired Candidate Profile


BE / Btech - Chemical with 8 to 18 years of experience in specialty chemical/chemical industry
