Responsibilities of a healthcare project manager
Hiring IT project manager in Jammu for health care domain. To work with Jammu state government customers.
Experience in implementing IT solutions in healthcare domain. Ability to work with healthcare professionals to improve the efficiency and quality of the delivery output/healthcare services.
Stay ahead to changes to new laws and regulations to ensure whether the healthcare facilities comply with the rules and regulations.
Manage the budget of a healthcare facility like managing patient fees and billing, overhead costs.
To create the work and shift schedules for direct care providers and administrators.
Regular communication with department heads and staff
Exposure to Agile working methodologies( playing the role of either SM /PO) and Agile project management tools( such as JIRA, Azure DevOps , Rally etc.) is an added advantage.
Required Experience
Experience in Healthcare IT, Clinical Workflow experience, Laboratory. Agile process.
Understanding/working knowledge of HL7 and PACS system.
Total IT Experience: 8-12yrs, preferably in health care Domain
Salary: 6LPA to 9LPA
Location Jammu
Government Project - exposure to government working an added advantage.
